Are you a 18-30 year old youngster, involved in the activities of a sports club or a related organization? Interested in deepening your skills in organization management? Do you want to share good practices with your colleagues from different parts of Europe? How about empowering your networks and knowledge with international and intergenerational dialogue?
If YES was your answer to the previous questions, we got something for you:
eYOUAca, the international youth e-education training.
The goal of eYOUAca is to develop an e-learning platform for young future leaders in grassroots sport management at national and international level, composed of:
- E-training, consisting of 7 modules. “Learning by doing” is our motto.
- Internship in which our young trainees (aka. you) will cooperate with your organizations in order to put into practice what was learned and will develop innovative sport activities for children.
What is in for you?
At the end of the training you will be certified for the title of Instructor Junior Coach. The performance is evaluated in accordance with European Qualification Framework (EQF). In addition to the certificate, you learn new skills around the themes of sports organization management, and planning of grassroot activities for young children. As a bonus, at the end you make new lifelong friends and build valuable international contact networks, which are important in the future working life.
What is required?
The project language is English. So English level at least B2 is required in participating in the eYOUAca academy. Beside this you need a computer and internet connection and of course an open and curious mind.
When does the training take place?
E-learning: From 29th of May 2023 till end of October , including summer break in July and August. Duration: 11 weeks, 1 live lesson per module and recorded lessons. Maximum 10 hours per each module including homeworks.
Internship: From July 2023 till October 2023. Duration: 6 days, 48 hours of work.

eYOUAca is implemented by five national grassroots sports organizations coordinated by International Workers and Amateurs in Sports Confederation (CSIT) and financed with Erasmus funding from the European Union.
